[BUG] Misdirection & Expose Weakness

I noticed tonight that something was eating my Misdirection charges prematurely. After some looking, I've realized it's Expose Weakness that is in fact eating the charges.

Here are some screenshots that would demonstrate it incorrectly taking charges.

First, I just cast Misdirect on my pet.

Now I fire my first shot, and it crits, but it eats two charges.

And here is after I take my final swing. With a log that shows two attacks from the time combat starts until the removal of Misdirection.

I'm also hearing rumors that the proc on Illidan's bow also consumes Misdirect charges.

I looked through the first couple pages of the forum but if this is a known issue, sorry for reposting it.
