I reported before that Arcane Blast was having a delay causing the Missile Barrage proc. This was promptly taken care of. What i did NOT notice however, is clearcasting is doing the same thing. If you cast arcane blast and clearcasting is going to proc, it will wait a second or 2 before it actually shows up, meaning you can cast another spell right after and not get the free mana cost. (Yes i have made sure its not just the next spell im casting causing the clearcasting). Its a little annoying if you are casting an instant directly after the arcane blast that procs clearcasting, but besides that, Its not a HUGE deal.
