My Login Screen activities ( license agreement, MotD, name/password blanks, and all side buttons) are all stuck behind the background screen. When I launch warcraft it comes up with the normal screen for a flash, but then everything goes behind the background screen, leaving a stunning, but not user-friendly picture of the dark portal up. If I click in the exact right spots (from memory) I can still enter my information or use anything there but I'm still not able to see any of it. If I rapidly click while Alt+Tab ing back into the game I can sometimes come up with the activites but they will have a black and empty background and graphics will be choppy. I repaired resetting my folders but the problem soon surfaced again.

Hi Tahaddi,

Could you delete your WDB, WTF and Interface folders from within the World of Warcraft Directory and re-start the game. Please let me know if this issue continues to occur.
