[BUG] imp concentration aura doesn't work

I had improved concentration aura up in EotS.
I got hit with a lockdown that lasted 8 seconds.
imp conc aura doesn't work.
Please fix.

Hi Gaudeamus,

Improved Concentration Aura not applying a full 30% reduction to spell locks is a known issue and will be fixed in a future patch.
