The tool tip for Illustration of the Dragon Soul states "Equip: Each time you cast a damaging or healing spell you gain 20 spell power for the next 10 sec, stacking up to 10 times." I understand that some changes were made to it recently. The changes were supposed to be that it does not trigger on spells that do not cause damage or healing.

Somehow Blizzard was included in this. Blizzard is a spell that causes damage to targets, yet it fails to trigger the effect, it also does not maintain the effect. I have tested this by using just Blizzard to see the item not trigger. I have also used other spells to trigger the item and then cast Blizzard to watch the item fade out during the casting.

Before the change, Blizzard triggered the item. Was it intentional to remove Blizzard from the numerous spells that trigger this item?
