[Bug] Guild Permissions - PTR

Last weekend, I copied over a 2nd copy of my character and gave guild leader to one of my officers. I then deleted my copy of toon and renamed my new copy the same name and got invited back to the guild. But when we tried to promote me back to GM we found that my officer never was promoted to GM. He just stayed at Officer.

So now we are left with no GM and the guild bank gives an "internal error" whenever we try to open it.

Is there anything we can do to resolve this matter? I have had a ticket open on th PTR, but it doesnt look like GM's look at those.

Does anyone know of any other way to get ahold of a GM on the PTR? It wouldn't be a big deal but we brought all of our raiding consumables over to test the new content and don't have access to any of it now.

Transferring guild banks across servers is not supported. In normal situations (moving from one live server to another) this is prevented from happening. We allow Guild Masters with guild banks to be transfered to the PTR for convenience but transfered guild banks can cause unforeseen issues.

The only real solution is to transfer Guild leadership before transferring your character and then transfer leadership back once the character copy has completed.

Please try this on the PTR with characters that were not previously Guild Masters.

In our testing this only occurs with characters that were transfered to the PTR with guild banks intact.
