[Bug] Guild Permissions

We created our guild on the PTR over the weekend, I am the GM of the guild. I recoppied my character over last night with some other items from our guild bank. When i got on this morning I made someone else guild master but his rank still only displayed Officer.

So I deleted my old character and had him re-invite me to the guild but his permissions only stay at officer. Now the guild bank is not accessable by anyone in the guild and we have no GM.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Could you describe the chain of events a bit more fully?

Which character did you transfer? Did he have a guild bank?
Which character formed the new guild?
Which character did you transfer the guild leadership to?
