Since patch 2.4, the Daily Withdrawal limits for the guild bank have not been resetting each day. Members are allowed to remove 2 stacks each from Tabs 1 and 2, per day. For whatever reason, the remaining withdrawals have not reset back to 2 with the start of each new day. Those who have withdrawn items from these tabs are now unable to withdraw any items because the guild bank tells them they have 0 remaining withdrawals.

We have found that gkicking a member and then reinviting them will reset their remaining Daily Withdrawals back to 2 for each tab. However, this is only a temporary fix because their withdrawals continue to fail to reset each day. So once a member has used up these initial 2 withdrawals per tab, they're stuck again at zero until we boot and reinvite again.

I searched this Bug Report Forum and also did a quick Google search, but I haven't found any mention of anyone else having any problems with guild banks since 2.4. Does anyone have any clue what could be going on?

Our DBAs are actively working to resolve this issue. The initial cause seems to have been resolved but as this is still affecting some players it is still being investigated.

Please continue to report this problem via In-game GM reports. I'd suggest putting in a petition each day that the bank limit has not been reset for your guild. Be sure to submit your reports with the character's being affected so that our DBAs can correlate the data.
