Yesterday me and my guild were doing the Grobulus boss encounter in Naxxaramas 10 men. The fight was going well with no problems, every time Grobulus used his slime creation skill (the green vomit) only the main tank (who was the only one in front of the boss at all times) generated a slime. Until a time in the midle of the fight when Grobulus used this skill one more time but this time every player in the raid generated a slime (including those who were directly behind him), and then with 10 slimes atacking us we all died. We then went back to another try and this time the fight occured normaly with no problems.
I already heared other players from other guilds in my realm complaining about the same bug.
