[BUG] Equipment Manager

After receiving a critical error related to whatever memory issues are running around, I attempted to log back in and received an error relating to the new Equipment Manager.

Please make sure to send in the crash log using the crash reporter, and you can also copy/paste the whole crash file into this thread.
