at least i think it's a bug.

when phased in at bashirs landing, so you can collect the quest items, if by chance you happen to get into it with the opposing faction, and say you kill the one of their party who happens to be the one who got the drop to put the party in phase, and one of the remaining living opposing faction party members is a hunter, when they go out of phase, their pets can still attack you.
