[Bug?] Direbrew for low level characters

My guildies and I found this workaround for the Dungeon Finder method of fighting Coren Direbrew, which will allow lv 40+ characters (confirmed working as low as lv 49) to fight the boss when he's not available in the Dungeon Finder because they're too low-level.
