if im not mistaken its sapose to say more powerfull spell is active or something in the order when u cast int on someone who or ur self that has brill:

And it doesnt u can continously cast Dal Int while brilliance is on and it make no diff to buff.

Im not sure if this a bug or something i just wanted to let u know. i know normal int and brill do it correctly

You are saying Arcane Int works as intended, giving the More Powerful Spell error and not casting, but Dalaran Int doesn't give an error, does cast, but doesn't change the buff?

I didn't get Dalaran Int so I can't test that...does sound like a bug though.
