Today i tried to judge a druid with justice while i had BoP up on myself and it didn't allow me to. Tried it out with all the other seals and nothing can be judged while BoP is up. I really hope this is a bug since seals can hardly be considered melee.

Is that a new change or has it always been like that?

Thanks for the report Arrix. This is not actually a bug, Judgement for various technical reasons is considered a melee attack and therefor can not be used while blessing of protection or divine protection is active.

Judgement is a special case. It's workings are unique and combine both spell like and melee like aspects.

This is how it is designed to work and is not going to change.
