[BUG] Black Bow of the Betrayer STILL BUGGED

This bow still breaks scatter shot. This problem has been in place ever since the bow was in place, and has gone ignored.

YOU'RE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM AND THe 3.2 PATCH NOTES SAID THIS WILL BE FIXED, YET IT HASN'T. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHY YOU'RE IGNORING THIS BLATANT BUG?

Thanks for the report Airwave. This issue was briefly fixed but appears to be re-occurring, a new fix will be in a future patch.
