Okay, so I've been calling the Billing and Account services phone number for the past few days during different times of the day and I always get the recorded message "ALL OF OUR OPERATORS ARE BUSY, PLEASE CALL BACK LATER..."

It's making me miss the 70 minute queues. Please fix this. Now to my actual problem:

I recently made two new accounts through RAF so my buddies could get the rocket mount. The accounts are upgraded and they show up on the recruit a friend section of my friends' accounts and on mine with a "green box."

So I find out that I need to add two months subscription to the new account before my friends can receive the RAF rewards. I have set up a payment subscription, but that didn't send out the rewards so now I'm trying to buy game cards from the blizzard store so I can add those to qualify as "two months subscription." However, after entering all the information I am told that my payment could not be processed and that I should contact Billing Support.

I already called my credit card company to check and they said that everything is fine from their end and that my card should be working. I only seem to have this problem with the blizzard store, and since the store does not accept paypal, I have no other way of completing the purchase.

And yes, I've already emailed billing but these issues shouldn't take 4 days to resolve. This is what the billing support phone number is for, but because it's the only way to get a hold of a human being at blizzard, people use that same number for all other issues. As a result we have to wait in hour long queues or simply wait several days before being able to talk to someone.

If there were other support numbers for people that have issues with their accounts not related to billing, we would not have this problem.

Actually, our Billing & Account Services staff have purview over the Blizzard Store, so that is the right point of contact, though I am sorry if you've had any issues getting through. Due to the high volume of incoming requests, it can be a bit of a challenged to get into the hold queue. Your best bet is to use a landline, and to keep a ready finger on the redial button. Calling back sporadically is much less likely to meet with success. Here's that contact information for your convenience:

Also, the Blizzard Store is not the only source of Pre-Paid Game Cards, and you may want to inquire with your local retailers to see if they are available.
