Adiaror

Blizzard locked my account because of a compromise. But thing is they didn't change my password. I got my password changed and everything. I just need for them to unlock it. Can a blizzard rep tell me what there doing or just unlock it for me. The account is [Removed]. It seems as if all they have to do is unlock it and i should be good to go. Im waiting on the phone to talk to someone about it but ive been waiting 2 hours and 13 minutes. PLease for the love of god, give me my account back. Im paying for these days that im not able to play.

Q u o t e:
Yea, but the only thing left on the process is to unlock the account...

Right, I'm not certain where you are going with this, Adiaror. Your request needs to be processed, it is in queue for that to happen.

I understand this is a frustrating situation but those who moderate this forum are unable to process this request for you or move you ahead of others who are awaiting assistance.

Q u o t e:

My account is fine now, blizzard doesnt get that fact they just restored it. The only thing remaining is to unlock the account.

We get the fact that we verified what happened during the apparent compromise, Adiaror, and that we provided some restoration on it. That is not the issue here.

What you are not understanding is that the account was locked to ensure the person who regains access is the registered user. To that end you were sent an e-mail with instructions on how to check your computer's security and make sure you were secure and to e-mail back a specific set of information when that has been done.

That is what needs to be processed, and that has nothing whatsoever to do with your compromise investigation except to say that because the account was compromised in the way it was it proved necessary to take additional steps to keep the account secure.

can you send me new instructions to my new blizz account email? i dont feel safe on my old email

You already replied to it, Adiaror, you shouldn't need to do so again. They will be able to tell that you changed your address.

I sent you another copy, which you should receive shortly, but please don't send additional e-mails.

Q u o t e:

Is this the form i have to fill out?

http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/WoW/othe...ssociation.pdf

and i can send it directly to aasupervisor@blizzard.com correct?

No and No.

I resent the e-mail with the correct webform which is: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/securitywebform

I believe I also asked you not to send additional e-mails, which you have already done. I understand that you want the account unlocked, Adiaror, but spamming us with e-mails will not accomplish that task any faster. It may even complicate the matter and require additional verification in order to unlock your account.
