Blizzard employees part of the Writers Guild?

Are the staff working on World of Warcraft effected by the writers strike? ...other that their favorite televisions shows I mean :) If so, will this delay content? Just wondering.......... Why does everyone seem to think that social engineering problems that have been around since the dawn of man can be solved by a few Blizzard Devs by next patch? |
