a blue says this on the test forum

all it says is:

"Yes there is a bug with lifetap only returning mana based on your current mana instead of your maximum mana. This is being worked on. "

There is an intentional change to Lifetap, but there is also a known bug currently on the PTR.

As it has been explained to me it should be 15% of maximum health for 15% of maximum mana.


As always, please feel free to post constructive discussion on the change and please test these changes on the PTR as they are made available and provide feedback. We are reading and watching the effects of these changes.
