MY god... i have tried 12hrs a day for 2weeks now to send this fax to blizzard. EVERY TIME i get fax is busy fax is busy.

imo bliz GET MORE FAX machines.

anyone know a backdoor into the queue of blizzs Faxs or should i just snail mail them.

Nik, I am sorry to hear you are having this issue, but I can assure you - our fax lines aren't THAT busy.

I suspect something else is going on with the phone call.

Have you tried contacting your local telecom and asking if there may be something else (besides what you know) that needs dialed?
