Hi I get this Blank Error box and a Ding! sound before it opens up into Launcher then it will display nothing in launcher, is there any way of fixing this so my launcher works properly?

I couldn't say for certain, but from the description it sounds like there is a firewall or security program blocking the Launcher program from connecting to the internet. The Blank popup and sound may be a warning message letting you know that access has been blocked.

Do you know if you have any security software running on your system? It may simply be a case of checking the security software and checking the application control, or program control, and see if launcher.exe has been blocked. If so, remove the block and this should then allow the launcher to download the information that it displays when it starts.
