Be it a president, a dictator, a tribe leader, etc, who do you think was one of the best (or the best, in you opinion) leader of all time? State why they are the best, if you would classify them 'good', 'neutral', or 'evil, and also tell some things they did that were great.

Dwight D. Eisenhower.

The man that perfectly warned of the development of the military industrial complex and the cold war. Such prescience I have never seen in a leader. We still suffer from the consequences of what he laid out as a perilous truth; as something we should avoid.

Sure, good prescience in that case. The difference being Winston's threat was diminished. Eisenhower's threat remains.
