BC Upgrade and Multiple Payments

I wanted to upgrade my regular WoW account to BC on Sunday at night (June, 17). I used “Upgrade to BC” button on “Account Summary” page for upgrading process then filled required areas on the following page. But system was not accept my credit card number with a “Invalid Credit Card Number” error message. I tried multiple times, but received same error message in every try. I sent an e-mail message about this situation to billing department.

On Monday (June, 18), I noticed that these multiple payments charged (my credit card balance say so, multiple payments (each of 39.99US$-BC digital upgrade price). On the other hand, none of them is not take place on my “Full My Payment History” page and I have no idea about BC upgrade because of unable to reach following page (BC download page I think). I sent an another e-mail message about this situation to billing department also. I said that:

"Please,
(1) return my extra payments (by mistake due to the problem on the web site) to my credit card balance,
(2) give some information to me for upgrading my WoW account to BC as I payed already, and
(3) maintain to show information about this payment on the “Full My Payment History”
as soon as possible.
"

in this e-mail message.

I am waiting for Blizzard respond about my multiple payments and BC upgrade process.
