I get the enter your country, canada, i accept the terms, click continue then it freezes on me. This has happened 5 tines now. Any help?

We had reports where browser add-ons are causing the screen to lock up on that area, or that button becomes unclickable. You can try running the browsers without the addons being enabled to see if you can get past those screens. If you have IE or Firefox, keep in mind that both have a Safe Mode type of setting. Firefox has the Start - Mozilla Firefox - Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode) option, and IE has Internet Explorer (No add-ons) option.
