Banned before, want to play legal now, help:)

I had an account before that was banned because I was running a program I shouldn't have in the background. I'm not here to whine, I take responsibility, I accept it. I deleted all questionable files, don't wanna go that route again. Lesson learned.
I play 2 accounts now, 2 boxing, everything legitimate. I have my healer follow me around to heal me and help out where needed. The healer is the other character on this account on the same realm by the way.
I'm paying for both of these accounts with the same credit card that I used to pay for the account that got banned. Am I in danger of getting banned simply because I'm using the same credit card, or because I'm the same person that was banned, or both? I'm surely not doing anything that's against the rules anymore. I'm not trying to hide under someone else's name or credit card either.

To put it simply, no. Your current accounts will not be at additional risk of being banned simply because of your personal history in the World of Warcraft.
