Heres me in shatt on my laptop, I have all the computer stats in the screen. My computer clearly cant play wow very well and I would like to understand why, and if there are any changes that I can make to make it better.

The frame rate is a steady 6, but I only get like 10 in Org, which shouldnt be given my laptops specs and original wow's sys reqs. Here's the screen:
