Authenticator unlock request please
by Huntgimp | 19/04/2010 21:20:03![]() Hello there. My authenticator has been locked Blizzards side for too many login attempts. I don't think I've been hacked because my main has all his gear on websites. I live in the UK and am having trouble getting through to billing. Always it says we are experiencing high call volumes and can you call back later. That's an international call too, so I can't afford to hang on for hours :( I emailed billing@blizzard yesterday but havn't got any response yet. My registered email address is correct. I managed to change my password ( just in case ) but I just can't get my authenticator unlocked. If anyone could help please I would be most happy and probably drink a beer ingame in your name :) Thanks Gimpy :) |
