Hi Failknight,

It sounds like your account was taken by another individual and an authenticator was put on to lock you out. I can take a look at it for you. Please check [[ Account Compromise Info Center ]] for more information, as well as our Battle.net security site - http://us.battle.net/security/

You need to secure your computer or your browsing habits so that you do not get hit again when we remove the authenticator. They generally get to your account for your World of Warcraft stuff, thru either email/in-game scams or thru a keylogger. Please stand by.

Keep in mind that the Technical Support department does not do in-game restores so if you're missing anything after we get rid of the authenticator, you will need to contact the right people. All of that is in the link.

Unfortunately I'm not able to verify that this account has been compromised in a malicious manner so I can't give you any sort of ninja-fast authenticator removal treatment. You will need to check the first thread I linked you in the first post and go the standard route.

Q u o t e:
the same exact thing happened to me this morning i woke up and it was asking for a authenticator code, i called my friend that also plays and he said someone was logged onto my account when i called him, please help me get my account back.

The bad authenticator was removed and your account password was reset. All of the information will be available in your registered email's inbox. Please secure your system first as your account information and password can only be leaked out if you replied to a in-game or email scam, or if you have a keylogger on that computer. Once it's secure, check your email and retrieve your stuff. If you fail to properly secure it, the account may be taken again by another individual.

In most cases, removing the authenticator is the FIRST step of the account recovery process. If you're missing anything, please check this link and start the in-game part of the recovery process - [[ Account Compromise Info Center ]]
