Authenticator

by Biandrie | 19/05/2010 22:19:17

Biandrie

Hi, i have just got off a break from wow and when returning it tells me to enter an authenticator code, i have never had such a thing. Could I have been hacked? Is all my accounts and characters banned?

If I can get some help it would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Avast Free as an antivirus:

ComboFix also removes malware and spyware:

Vampirelord,

There isn't an authenticator on the account right now, but there was earlier today, meaning someone out there knows your account name and password. I suggest you change both as soon as you can after making sure your computer is clean from trojans/keyloggers.
