Could we please get an update from a blue about the AT&T issue, seen in this thread

I have just been told by my ISP that this is a AT&T issue, This has been going on for months now, latency spikes and lag in WoW.

Is there any action I can take from NZ, to fix this?

Saurfang doesn't currently have any major lag issues, but if you continue having heavy lag and/or disconnects, let us know.

As far as the previous post you linked, that issue appears to have been resolved.
