Arena Win / Loss bug

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem. My partner and I made a new 2v2 team and we won 18 of our 20 games, but for some reason the arena system gave us 2 extra losses which put us at a record of 18-4. It also droped our personal ratting 7points below our team ratting. I was just wondering if there is any way a GM can fix this or look into this problem because it is becoming very common. On my 3v3 team with my druid we won a couple games in a row and were credited with an extra loss as well followed by a decrease in personal ratting points. So if anyone knows anything please let me know.

Game Masters unfortunately are not able to change ratings, games, etc. You may want to post this in our bug forum if you think the system is working improperly - or in the pvp forum if this is a case of mechanics working properly to spec, yet having unintended or unwelcome results.

Did you exit any games without actually going in after queuing up? Those can sometimes result in a loss, depending on when you abandoned them. If that's the case - that's actually intended.

The Suggestion Forum would be the place to let our developers know if you feel Game Masters should be given this authority.

In that case - yes, that does sound like Bug Forum would be your best option.

The advantage we have in that forum is that others can add their details to your own. The more details the easier it is for our Quality folks to try to replicate and address an issue.
