Just wondering cause I still cannot get one to answer why my restore sucked so bad. So if one is out there perhaps you'd be kind enough to let me know. Yes I know there are no guarantees with the process, but to receive 5 items on a level 80 and one of them was an argent lance, one was a gray item, and two kinds of food seems a tad sucky compared to most ppl who get the majority of their stuff back.

So I will just keep asking till somebody answers me.

Basically, we the investigations team identifies a period of unauthorized access and restore the losses that occurred. Sometimes, however, we may not notice a brief period of access and, as a result, the restoration may be incomplete if items were sold during that time period.
