Recently myself and 2 of my brothers transferred to another server (paid). This was just after the time of server maintenance. We comprise a 3v3 arena team and I was surprised to discover that while they retained their 700+ points I had somehow lost 300 points and was now sitting on 400.

I processed all our character transfers one after the other within the space of 10 minutes so I'm not sure what's going on.

Was I rolled back during the paid transfer?

EDIT: 8 days and several posts later - You'd think somebody would know what is going on.

I apologize for the delay in response, Ryuken. Unfortunately, we will be unable to verify the loss of any Arena points as a result of using the Paid Character Transfer Service. While the following does explain how Arena points might be lost, it certainly does not explain the cause for your team mates to avoid the same loss:

Yes, your arena points transfer with your character; however, any arena points accrued after the last maintenance but before your transfer is initiated may be lost. Also, your character will not have any arena team affiliation upon arrival at the destination realm.

With this being said, the following disclaimer is written clearly in red font in the Transfer FAQ:

NOTE: Any items, gold, mail, or other character progress unexpectedly lost during the transfer will not be restored.
