Ya if u look you'll see that totems like SoE and tremor that were previously at 40yd range are now back down to 30. I don't see this as huge (tremor at 40 was really nice) I didn't see anything on the patch notes about it, did anyone else?

They were 30 yrds before path 3.0.8 went out. The reason why they are 30 and not 40 is because of the hotfix they implemented because some shamans were gaining the benefits of totemic focus even though the talent no longer exists. My belief is the patch 3.0.2 radius buff to totems is just excluding totems that are base 30 yrds and only affecting 20 yrd radius totems.

Keep in mind that it is true that there were some abilities that weren't properly unlearned when respeccing- Hotfix: Talent Issue

Totemic Focus was indeed one of these so it may be true that some players may not have noticed this effect before and are now noticing the difference.

It doesn't affect totem range currently. But I could be remembering some of the changes incorrectly.

I'm looking into an answer for the healing stream totem though.

Good morning everyone. I just thought I'd follow-up briefly that the Healing Stream Totem should in fact be 30 yards instead of 20 and is a bug. Also the Elemental Mastery is also currently bugged and the cooldown is not starting at the correct time. The cooldown should in fact be starting at the time it's cast. Both of these are anticipated to be fixed with an upcoming patch.
