Answer the Elemental Shaman!!!
by Dakhari | 24/10/2007 00:27:41 Multiple threads of between 6 and 15 pages explaining in detail via both math AND "real world" testing how the Elemental Shaman spec is being destroyed by this latest Blizzard nerf-fest, and not ONE single response from a CM or Developer! All this while comparatively short threads are answered immediately and other classes given consistent feedback. We were told by your representative that patch 2.3 was going to be a damage buff. Instead, we were given a solid and undeniable nerf. This was either a lie or complete incompetence on someone's part. Which is it? An entire segment of your player base is begging for a response and you are completely ignoring them. Who in the hell taught you people customer service? I do not respond to feedback, I am a QA tester and only work with bug reports. The developers read the feedback (when they can find it between all the off-topic and inappropriate posts) but it is up to them if they will respond. |
