I used my piccolo of the flaming fire before the raid because I was bored, and the guild leader said he would kick me out of the raid and guild if this was ever used again in his presence. I would've argued that having 15min delay on 1st pull is ground to play the piccolo, but I thought I was already in enough trouble already.

Anyone else experience hatred because they use an OP trinket? Should I be looking for another guild? (I'm the only bt/mh attuned of that guild, also)
