The retuning of dungeons as well as items are all coinciding with these changes. (In regard to new content and dungeons.) A lot more of how things are going to work will become clear when everyone gets a chance to test. In testing as well, we will get a better picture of what still needs refining and what is hitting the mark. There is a lot more information in the patch notes for everyone when they go up with the Test Realm.

Remember, we do still need to go through testing first before anything goes live so as much as people don't like hearing it, your feedback really is important as you are testing things out.
