It's getting REALLY tiresome now.. I really hope we do not have to cancelled more raids because of this.

On a side note, I beleive I speak for many aggramar players when I say we do not mind the "hicups" so long as there is a long term solution. After all nothing is more annoying then seing LK at 11% then everything freezes (Note: I could be exaggerating).

Technical or bug report forums. There is a known issues on our bug reports regarding the freezing issues at the moment.

They are aware of the issue and are trying as best as they can to fix the issues that are going on with this realm and others.

We are aware that the Aggramar realm is once again experiencing login issues. Our technicians are currently looking into the matter and we expect to have connectivity restored within the next 15 minutes. Thank you for your patience.

They can relay the information to our technicians, regarding server stability and or issues pertaining to the realm that is on our side and not the players.

Update:

Realm Restart – Aggramar – 10/18/10

We will be restarting the Aggramar realm at 2:10pm PDT in order to address additional login issues that have been experienced. Total downtime is expected to be minimal, and this realm should be available for play by 2:30pm PDT.

As I stated last night, Vodamir, those of us who moderate this forum are not Realm Technicians nor are we liaisons with them. We pass along what information we can when it is provided to us but beyond that we do not receive specifics.

When a realm goes offline or experiences other stability issues our Techs work to identify what happened and to bring the realm back online as quickly as they can. In some cases, such as Aggramar, the issue is persistent, and though they continue to work to bring the realm back online as quickly as possible they also look into the overall cause of the issue. The cause of many of these ongoing issues can be elusive and though it may seem that nothing is being done, since the issue persists, I can assure you that everything that can be done is being done.
