I have had this problem for a while now and i'm pretty sure its my internet but why. I pay monthly for this game and its the only game i have problems with. Whenever there is a patch or minor update i constenly get dc'd after logging on if i'm in a major city, and its not like my internet comes back, i actually have to turn off my modem and router and turn them back on again just to log on again and get dc'd again right after i load into the game. but yet for some reason if i log on a toon thats not near a major city im fine. I don't know if my internet just sucks or what, my MS is fine when i'm not getting dc'd and like i said i play lots of other games online that are free and i never have any problems. So why is it only after patches and updates i have this problem and what can i do to fix it?

Can you post some network information?

* Router make and model (this should be printed somewhere on the front or back or bottom)
* Cable or DSL Modem make and model
