basically got hacked and then retrieved my character with help for tech support but not restorations were made to gear and stuff despite being said by gm that they were, and so made a new ticket which said wait 48 hours and was a no show again and now i cant seem to get a simple reply from anyone at bliz...any help would be a boon at this stage
