Achievement chat spam

Just speculating on how quickly this feature is going to hear cries for a nerf. I imagine that after the first week, people will be done eating their pet collections and tearing up old dungeons and the announcement volume will become tolerable. [ Post edited by Veleska ] |
by Tigole | 03/08/2008 19:57:02 An individual can turn off the local broadcast to the chat window and the guild broadcast by going into their chat settings. Are you not seeing this or is it bugged? Also, a guildmaster can set up the chat broadcasts however he/she wants. They could turn off broadcasts for an entire guild or set it up by ranks. Personally, I think you're better off leaving achievement broadcasts enabled and letting individuals decide if they want it on or not through their chat settings. |
