Accounts Banned for no Reason plus no Email
by Agraglock | 11/01/2008 02:42:11![]() So today me my two younger brothers and I were playing. We play and then all of a sudden we all get Disconnected. I thought it was just a connection issue, butt hen when we try to get back into the game, My two younger brothers accounts were banned. Mine was fine. Checked e-mails: Bulk, Inbox, junk folders and no email explaining why. I just bought the games for them last night and am pretty upset that they were banned this evening. And no, they did not do anything wrong. We were just playing together as Blood Elves and this happened. I'm going to keep checking the emails to see if they get thier emails from blizzard, but this is getting me very upset. My complaint and QUESTION is: Why would they just Ban an account? We were'nt even doing anything wrong, just running quests! Any GM's/MOD's wiling to give me an answer to this? |

Accounts are never banned for 'no reason'. I understand any confusion that this may have engendered though, and I would like to assist you in achieving some clarity in the matter. Can you provide me with the name and realm of one character from each account? That should enable me to look into the situation a bit more deeply. Additionally, it's rather important that you check the email address registered to each account. If you're concerned that you may not have received email detailing what might have occurred, it's probably a good idea to review this page on our Support Site: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21485 |

Unfortunately, it would seem that your best option in this case is for your brothers to contact Account Administration. There are two methods to do so. You may use the webform: http://us.blizzard.com/support/webform-us.xml?gameId=11 Or contact them via email: Wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com |
