I purchased a new WoW account, and want to transfer Derian (the toon I am posting on) to my new account. However when I attempt to transfer him, I get an error message saying he cannot be transferred because he has an active auction.

But... he doesn't have any auctions posted.

I also checked his mailbox, and he has no mail.

My new account is upgraded to a subscription, as well as the expansion upgrades, and was automatically merged to my Battlenet account.

What is causing this error, and how can this be resolved?
