Account Retreival

I've encountered a dilemma.
my account was hacked, and perma banned under the 'exploitation' violation.
however, it was settled with blizzard (thankfully), and they asked for me to send in my paperwork with valid ID.

this is where it gets tricky. my Real name, and my Nickname are different, but the last name is the same. however, i use my nicknamed for a lot of online things.

i don't have any state ID's that have my nickname on it, so how else could i verify my ownership to the account.

(btw i'm on a friend's account because mine's is currently frozen).

While I do apologize for the lack of a timely response to your query, Sylaurina, I am very glad to see that matters have been resolved and your friend's account back on its feet.

Your friend will need to speak with Account Administration, Nanahabe; unfortunately, the Game Master department is unable to discuss nor review account actions or closures.

If your friend's account was permanently closed due to a particular exploitation, and she feels as though this closure was incorrect in nature, please have her contact one of the following sources:
