Okay. So, about 2 months ago (beginning of July), my account was hacked into for the first time. I contacted Blizzard, restored my password, got everything working correctly. Then, about a week later, it happened again. Yet again I contacted Blizzard and this time my account was locked. I was sent a nice little email about an Account Recovery Form. I filled out the form, had my mother photocopy her proof of ID and whatnot, and emailed it to wowaccountrecovery@blizzard.com. (All of this happened 2 months after I got hacked because my mother forgets everything. =/ )
Okay, so I emailed it friday afternoon-ish, and it's monday night. I haven't gotten a reply or anything, so I'm wondering... does Blizz not work on weekends?
Do I need to resend it? (Was it blurry or something?)
Or do I need to keep waiting?

Wait time can vary depending on workload. Generally it shouldn't take more than a few days.
