Account question.

Just a question, i have 2 accounts both with Toons on the same server (Frostmourne) One account is TBC active, the other is not.
I just wanted to know if im able to transfer my Mage from the non TBC account, to my TBC account, but ive been told paid transfers are down on my server, would this matter if the toon i want to transfer is already on the server?
I just want to move him from accounts, not to another server.

You should be able to transfer your character on Frostmourne from a non-TBC account to a TBC account.
