Account Management Communication
by Alumiandel | 10/07/2007 06:24:01![]() Two and a half weeks ago I sent an e-mail regarding an account issue to the wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com address, and a few days later sent a completed web-form as well (regarding the same issue). It seems outrageous that it would take upwards of three weeks to respond to an e-mail, so I'm concerned whether or not my e-mail was deleted as spam (like the website says) since I sent both an e-mail and a web form. Should I send another email/web form, or should I simply give up? Is there any way to get some sort of word regarding my issue? I do not think that I am being impatient, but it feels like my e-mail and account issue has been lost in the bowels of the Account Admin department. |

by Auryk | 10/07/2007 06:50:30![]() Alumiandel, I see three separate emails going to Account Administration. I would give it a little more time, I am sure they are almost to it. Please understand that Account Administration does get an extremely large volume of e-mails daily.
