Account hacked, thought it was solved.
by Groundforce | 13/04/2010 02:50:17![]() So I called customer support because my account was hacked and they added an authenticator I talked to the lady, who was nice but the authenticator is still on the account, does it take a certain amount of time for it to be removed or was it simply not removed in the first place? I am the Warrior. Death is my business. Be it yours...or mine. |

I'm not seeing an authenticator on the Battle.net account connected to the account you are posting under, Ground. Looks like we removed that at your request, and I don't see another added. Question, did you restart WoW between the time you found out it had one to take off, and it was taken off? I'd recommend trying a reboot first. Also, I might also recommend getting an authenticator of your own to help protect your account going forward :) Customer Service Forum Representative Authenticators!
