Alright well my friend asked me to post this for him since he's banned

i just bought the game yesterday & the BC expansion, i played for a while then had to go to bed, then today i tried to get on and the this account has been closed message came up, i checked my emails and this is what they sent me

Reason for Action: In-Game Chat Policy Violation - Advertisement and Spamming

And a bunch of other stuff, i dont know how i could have been doing that or how someone else could have got onto my account to do it, i did not hack or buy gold or anything like that, i also dont have any viruses on my computer like a trojan or keylogger. im just really mad since i pretty much just wasted my money. Any way i could get this ploblem fixed? i emailed them but they still havnt gotten back 2 me yet and probably wont for a while, Thx

Tech Support does not handle bans, but GMs/Account Administrators also cannot discuss a person's account to other people. Have your friend email wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com on his registered email account.
