Hi there ;D

On my account (I am posting at a friends house on his account... I do not know his pass though!!) I recently recived a 72-hour ban.. As in yesterday. I got DCed, checked e-mail, and it said,

"Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension
Offenses: Harassment Policy Violation - Racial/Ethnic
This category includes both clear and masked language which:
* Promotes racial/ethnic hatred
* Is recognized as a racial/ethnic slur
* Alludes to symbols of racial/ethnic hatred

Details (Note - Times are listed in Greenwich Mean Time, GMT):

Now... Why I have a problem with this is, I did NOT yell that.

I recall that time it was said.





The story is:

There was this evil little gnome at Scarlet Monastary, who kept spamming "LOL", wich was "BUR".

I of course got annoyed, and told some guildies how frustrated i was.

And i said "Why, why does it say?"

And he said "Just say it"

And so i yelled it.

A few minutes later, i was running a friend through Scarlet Monastary, when i got Disconnected, and banned.

I have mailed a letter to Admin, but no reply yet.

But this is customer support forums, so i figured i could give it a shot!



The character was Bloodless, on the realm Nathrezim.
